By creating an account or using servicewindow.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — food truck operators, event organizers, venue operators, property owners, and any other registered role.
ServiceWindow is a two-sided marketplace that connects food truck operators with event organizers, HOA managers, venues, and property owners in Southwest Florida. We facilitate discovery and booking — we are not a party to agreements made between users.
ServiceWindow does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any food truck or event listed on the platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any booking or agreement.
To use the platform, you must register with accurate information and complete our verification process. Providing false information during verification is grounds for immediate account termination. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
ServiceWindow reserves the right to approve or reject any verification request at our sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.
As a truck operator, you represent that:
Food truck operators pay $39.99/mo to maintain an active verified listing. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. No contracts — cancel anytime.
The 30-day free trial requires no credit card. At the end of the trial, access will pause until a payment method is added. We do not offer prorated refunds on monthly subscriptions. Cancel any time — access continues through the end of the billing period.
Service providers and property owners may list their businesses on the Vendor Services directory at no charge. ServiceWindow reserves the right to introduce paid placement tiers with at least 30 days' notice to existing free users.
Event planners, HOA managers, and venue operators may use the platform at no charge. ServiceWindow reserves the right to modify free tier access with 30 days' notice.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
ServiceWindow provides tools to facilitate bookings but is not responsible for the performance of any booking. Disputes between users are between the users. We may, at our discretion, assist in resolving disputes but are not obligated to do so.
We strongly encourage users to confirm booking details in writing before the event date.
ServiceWindow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. ServiceWindow's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (limitation of liability, dispute resolution) do survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active users with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
