ServiceWindow ("we," "our," or "us") operates servicewindow.app, a verified food truck marketplace for Southwest Florida. We connect food truck operators with event organizers, HOA managers, venues, and property owners across Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Charlotte, and Hendry counties.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and role on the platform (truck operator, organizer, venue, etc.).
Profile information: Business details you voluntarily provide — cuisine type, service radius, certifications, biography, website, and links to third-party delivery platforms.
Booking and messaging data: Records of booking requests, acceptances, and messages exchanged between users on the platform.
Payment information: We do not store credit card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers only.
Usage data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party ad networks.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 4.
We share data with the following service providers solely to operate the platform:
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data. We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own purposes.
If you are a verified truck operator, your profile — including business name, cuisine type, service area, and bio — is visible to other users on the marketplace. You control what information you add to your profile. Do not include sensitive personal information in public-facing profile fields.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity (e.g., billing records).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Contact us to make a CCPA request.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and limited access controls. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
ServiceWindow is intended for business users and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify active users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
